I'm Almost 26.....

Yes, I know, it's hard to believe I'm that old but it's true. Brian, my mom, my grandparents, my brother, my best friend and my neighbor surprised me last night by getting a baby sitter and taking me to Miyabi for my birthday. I had a great time and I'm still full from dinner......

Romper Room

BJ and Allen have achieved rock star status in our house. The kids love their uncles. As soon as they hit the door, it's an all out wrestling match. I actually feel sorry for my brothers at times because the kids simply don't let up, but then I realize that my brothers like it just as much as the kids and I don't feel bad anymore. The kids can't get enough. I am lucky to have them as brothers but my kids are luckier to have them as uncles.

Ice Cream, Ice Cream, We All Scream For Ice Cream...

--------------------------------------------------------- I'm not sure these kids are mine, after all, I don't particularly care for ice cream, but the kids LOVE it, I guess they get it from their Grandma... ---------------------------------------------------------

Miss Molly

Molly is growing up so fast. It's almost impossible to believe that she will be in the 1st grade this year. Right now, she is obsessed with starting cheerleading in the next couple of weeks and I'm sure we'll have more pictures to post.

Bowling With The Evil Twins

So, Brian and I decided it would be fun to take the kids bowling last night. What we didn't take into account is that the twins just aren't capable of being good for more than 30 seconds at a time. They were everywhere and into everything. If they weren't dismanteling the ball return, they were launching balls into the lane next to ours or having meltdowns because it wasn't their turn. We also didn't realize that we were going to need to take out a second mortgage on our house to pay for this "night of clean, good, fun". As much as I complain, we actually did manage to have a tad bit of fun and here are the pictures to prove it. Is This A Twin Thing?

I am often asked as to whether or not I think the twins exhibit any behaviors that are a direct result of simply being a twin. The only behavior that might possibly be twin-related is that they will lay their heads on one another whenever they are close to each other. It is very cute, although sometimes it is frustrating. These pictures were taken today and all I wanted the boys to do was simply sit next to each other. That's it, just sit next to the other. It ended up being a photo session of the twins bumping heads. They have been doing this since they were released from the NICU and like I said, it is really sweet but I doubt it will look that way when they are adults..... Meanwhile, I'll continue to enjoy their cuteness.....

Can She Stay Little Forever?

Yes, reality has set in that Riley is my LAST baby and I have decided I would like to keep her just as she is.
